Data & Privacy

Your documents are processed securely and never shared or sold. We do not use your documents to train any AI models. Files are stored temporarily so you can download and review the result, then removed on the retention schedule below.

Retention

Uploaded files and conversion outputs are kept for 14 days from job creation by default, then deleted automatically. You can mark a job Keep to hold it longer, or delete it immediately from the job page — the download link stops working as soon as you delete.

What we store

Your uploads, the reconstructed HTML and Word output, page previews, basic job metadata (filename, page count, timestamps), and your credit ledger. Payment card details never touch our servers — they are collected by our payment provider during checkout, and we only receive a payment reference.

Security

Uploads travel over TLS. Every job is scoped to the account that created it — nobody else can list, download, or delete your files. API keys issued to partner clients are stored as hashes; the raw key is shown once at creation and never again.
