These terms govern your use of Rebuild Page (the "Service"), operated from India. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Rebuild Page converts documents you upload (PDF, JPEG, PNG) into an editable HTML reconstruction and a Word (.docx) file, with optional translation. The Service is provided on a credit-based, pay-as-you-go basis described on the Pricing page.

2. Accounts

You sign in with a Google account. You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts used for abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

3. Credits & billing

Credits are purchased in packs through our payment provider (Razorpay) and are deducted as jobs run. Credits do not expire. New accounts may receive a one-time welcome bonus at our discretion. Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Your content

You retain all ownership of the documents you upload and the files we generate for you. You confirm you have the right to upload and process the content you submit. We process your files solely to provide the conversion you requested — see Data & Privacy for retention and storage details.

5. Acceptable use

Don't upload content you don't have rights to, content that is illegal, or use the Service to violate any law. Don't attempt to circumvent usage limits, resell access without a partner agreement, or interfere with the Service's normal operation.

6. Availability & disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." Layout reconstruction quality depends on the source document; we do not guarantee a specific accuracy level for every document. We aim for high uptime but do not currently offer a formal SLA.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
